With great sorrow I learned recently that the Italian poet Alda Merini passed away this afternoon.
much I love the words of Merini Alda, his voice when the law, are still enclosed in her eyes.
growing in the heart the dream of being able to know sooner or later ... but this will not be possible.
With Magone in my throat I want to remember the song that Roberta Flack dedicated to her.

2010 Mini Four Wheelers
Nonostante sia uno degli autori italiani più conosciuti al momento, non avevo ancora letto nulla di Alessandro Baricco.
Ancora una volta mi sono avvicinata a un autore grazie al ritrovamento di due libri in un mercatino dell'usato nella Svizzera tedesca. Uno dei due è Seta, Alessandro Baricco, edito da Rizzoli. Un libricino che si legge in poche ore.
Ho trovato dei commenti discordanti su questo libro, in internet. C'è chi lo ha amato fin dalle prime righe e chi lo considera un romanzetto rosa e anche un po' spinto.
A me, personalmente, è piaciuto molto: mi stuzzica il modo di scrivere di Baricco in questo libro (forse scrive così sempre, ma io devo ancora scoprirlo) con pause forzate tra parole, ripetizioni di parti, una terminologia ricercata seppur semplice...come se ogni parola - fin la più banale - fosse stata scelta con cura e intenzione, senza lasciare nulla al fluire casuale delle parole. Mi è piaciuta anche la storia dietro la quale non vedo nessun tipo di pornografia, as it was written by someone, but just see the power of passion. Passion is not romance as part of a rose, but as something that gives life instead of surviving. I like the role of each character, including the wife of HerveJoncour, crucial for the outcome of the story. Beautiful
the role of the same silk, light and sensual and Japan too.
So much to read in a few written words.

QPGA Claudio Baglioni
time ago, when you zap with the remote, I ended up "weather" and I found that interviewing Fabio Fazio Claudio Baglioni on his first novel QPGA, Mondadori .
The interview intrigued me, so I just had the chance, I bought the book convinced that they possess a magic.
Well, the disappointment would soon be revealed.
I'm not a fan of Kelly - I must preface this - in the sense that I never bought his album and then did not know the history of Big love already told in the 1972 album, let alone was able to make comparisons and related addition and subtraction. I just read the book as if I read a new book by any author. If history is a more or less forty may be nostalgic for the taste in the mouth adolescence and first love amplifying their memories, the narrative style along with some passages rather bored. Or at least bored me. Sometimes there is a presence of highbrow points forcefully, but at times reads like a romance rose style Harmony.
What I really do not like it? An example: the description of the first sexual intercourse. Baglioni wanted to make the magic moment, describing it with words poetic without ever saying clearly what they were doing, Andrea and Giulia. Nice idea, with the parallelism of the storm, sea, rain. But in the end it really all over. Poetry extremist. Words writhing intellectualized feelings.
I find it hard to understand: I had the impression that the book (like the film, I suppose) is facing a public audience Moccia style ... but then some parts are quite inappropriate for that audience. Conversely I thought the result would be that of adults, perhaps even fairly educated, but then again, this result does not include certain other parties. I do not know, I have the impression that it lacks balance QPGA
What certainly does not lack is a huge car show and spectacle: a film, a book, a concert event, a new record ... tritasoldi gear.
Mah .. sometimes, like Vasco Rossi says in his song, Just A Little ...

Big Brother in "1984" by George Orwell
I had not read "1984" by George Orwell, Mondadori Editore , I did recently in a couple of days.
What can I say? So I had heard of the Orwellian Big Brother, then it had been written in 1948 by projecting the future history already know.
1984 is equally clear that Orwell did not want to do with the story of Cassandra nor the reader has to go a ricercare ciò che davvero è accaduto oppure no.
Un classico moderno che vale la pena leggere, non fosse altro anche solo per toccare con mano a che punto possa arrivare la fantasia umana...Perché, senza perdere mai di vista l'anno in cui è stato scritto, ci si trova di fronte un testo che ha superato la fantasia stessa planando e atterrando sopra alla realtà.
È un libro davvero inquietante in cui l'essere umano non esiste più se non nella sua forma fisica. Niente libertà se non la libertà di seguire il partito.
È impossibile pensare che le scelte letterarie di Orwell non siano state profondamente influenzato dall'epoca in cui aveva vissuto e viveva: la dittatura fa da padrone del testo. And they are subjected to physical torture traitors, including Winston, where the reporter has forgotten that?
Terrible violence, physical and mental.

Maybe I would have liked more like a final. Instead, unfortunately, society does not leave Orwell's way out ... even in Prole who were my hope, as well as that of Winston.

One of the things I most like to do is wander around the flea markets or for Brockenhaus , warehouses or old houses crammed with things used. Look, touch, smell almost everything. Sometimes I buy, but not often.
In one of my laps I Brocki Swiss imbatutta in a book in Italian. Unlike books in other languages \u200b\u200b(French, English, English) not often you find books in Italian. I might say that Italians abroad are holding onto their books, but haim is not the case: Italian immigrants do not read much, everyone here.
"walk in the dark" by Maria Teresa Lasica: I took the book in my hands and I read the back cover that I report here because the site does not give the Feltrinelli that a thin line in this book, I now unavailable :
"Lonely as an autobiography and united as a family saga, this delicate but powerful novel succeeds in telling the complex interweaving of stories that make up a community through the eyes of a woman who revisits the memory stages of its growth. Alcune figure di parenti sono memorabili, così come indimenticabile resterà l'immagine di un Sud tanto avvolgente e aspro, quanto vitale e dolce.
La densità della storia narrata, le sue stratificazioni, la ricchezza psicologica delle descrizioni mescolata alla forza dell'azione, fanno di questo esordio un caso limite. I often wondered if the sadness and anguish of the protagonist Clare were in any way autobiographical: Maria Teresa (or Mariateresa, I have not got it right) died of disease before the novel came out, making this his first and only book. Every word of the book seemed to me really the gloss to a real life, the author.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. No need to write more.
As I said above I think is not easy to find this book, although he won the Strega Prize in 1995. I have seen, however, it is to read online, for those opposed to I do not smell is dependent of the books.
I warmly thank those who have abandoned a Brocki and thus allowed it to be mine forever.

From time to time I like to abandon the usual readings committed and relax with some light story. So I chose à porter Baby Irish Sinead Moriarty, Sperling & Kupfer.
Lately there is much talk of young writers iralndesi, talents for many publishers. I deeply love Ireland, I can be happy.

You do not have a minimum of respect for all those women who have received confirmation instead of being infertile and can forget to have a child themselves.
In short, if you are a woman and want to hurt you, read this book. If you are a man, I do not get to the second chapter. Waiting for your comments!

I finally found time to devote to a book by Paul Mastrocola: A boat in the woods, published by Bloomsbury Publishing.
The text is written in a simple way at least until near the end of the story, the narrator is in fact a teenager - Gaspar - who emigrated from South to Turin to attend the High School. In the new town will like a fish out of water - a boat in a forest, in fact. The first 3 / 4 of the book, focus on the integration efforts of Caspar, we have set realistic and surreal surreal ... or maybe just for us adults. Because they reflect a bit 'up, a teenager who has never felt out of place? Today, then, in today's society young people, the continuing search for membership in the herd seems to me that much stronger in my day. So I do not think it is right to define the absurd story of Gaspar, as done by many.
Or rather, it is far from absurd, ironic drama in the first part of the book.

So lack of consistency in the first part of the book, I read where there is no fairy tale.
bad.
If I may express my humble and personal opinion, why we wanted a good text editor that held the hand Mastrocola latter part of the book. For the rest, however, the work seemed extraordinary.
One last thing: if you read the comments here and there for us humble readers, you'll find many items that do not have loved this book ... but in the woods A boat won the Prix Campiello 2004. Some question arises ...

Emerson 10 Garbage Disposal
DURING Andrea De Carlo
Andrea De Carlo is an author that I have been following a lot: consigliatomi by chance from a friend, then entered the arrogance of my reading in Hit. Why start a review like this? I think it is the desire to just spit out a bitter taste in the mouth that lately I leave the books De Carlo. If at first his lyrics leave me a sense of magic in the mouth because life is something magical in itself - but when De Carlo tells his characters and their countries becomes even more - now I just got tired of reading stories with different names and work with different colors and scents (but then maybe not so different) are repeated endlessly along the exact same thread.
Yet it is true that a painter is known by the style of the stroke, a cook with the flavor of spices, a designer from the color of the fabric ... but something new in their jobs there is always a landscape, a seasonal product, or a soft rather than tight.
dream for some time to read a book by De Carlo, again, overwhelming, amazing ... completely different from all others in all respects.
So, not having read the texts of De Carlo, I told myself that maybe it could be a new innovation: Durante, Andrea De Carlo Edizioni Bompiani.
Peter, the narrator (who has the same voice and the same profile as any other person narrator of De Carlo) lives in the hills of the Marche (more or less the same places more or less already seen) with his Austrian girl alone obligations or work without boundaries ... Or so they think they live (hoibò. .. I am convinced that you have already read something like that ...) until it reaches between them during the perfect man, quiet, irreverent but reverently, who mounts his horse and fly away like the wind, ignorant of each rule, nice to frighten even the dog to Peter and that is literally down to his feet every woman he meets, but also many men, including our Peter .
to discover that when it is not so perfect ... or at least, TO ME it is not at all (although the author, in an interview has defined the ideal, the author and the best hybrid many other things).
How to fall at the feet of a man so self-centered? How not to get angry in front of his way to escape? Leaving lives his lives, scattered here and there without love? And then, we wish to consider the many limitations that against women? ... Other than falling at his feet, we must flee!
Andrea De Carlo will have to exalt or demonize his character?
In the first case for me when we are not successful, but if he wanted to demonize, well then he has succeeded well. During
Council who has never read De Carlo: you can make an accurate reading of his writing, without having to read everything. Once you have experienced
De Carlo, knows what is going to read. POINT.
